The Prismatek Team
The Prismatek team is made up of technology experts, DTP & POD know-it-alls, graphic designers, and coding system wiz’s. The management team has extensive experience in graphic arts production workflow, sales, cost analysis, and the unique challenges that face contemporary print shop owners and in-plant print operations.
 

From small startup print shops to global print manufacturing plants, Dick develops pioneering business plans and print workflow solutions.

As a consultantt to sales and manufacturing he was the liaison between customer requirements and production capabilities in developing manufacturing plans for large-scale government, manufacturing and publishing customers. In 1989, at the beginning of the print-on-demand capabilities he developed one of the first plans to succeed in transitioning a warehouse of obsolete documentation into a print & distribute-on-demand model. Dick is the expert for our software products, PrintThat! and designTHIS, as well as being extreely well versed in PDF production and publishing workflow.

Dick has worked in the printing industry for over 20 years. First with his father, from picking up lead on the print shop floor, to running a press, and later as a print shop owner himself. As the years flew by, Dick became a leader in the On-Demand market while working with RR Donnelley. His experience and technical know-how make him a wise and sought after DTP and PDF expert. Dick brings valuable insight into operations and sales to the team from over 20 years experience with publishing, printing and design businesses. He bridges the knowledge gap between conceptual workflow and technology implementation.

In his spare time Dick enjoys reading, traveling, and cooking tasty meals for his family and friends.
 
                 

Cynthia started her career as a photographer and later joined Dick in the print shop he founded as a graphic designer and darkroom assisstant.

She successfully combined her photography and graphic design skills and is owner of a graphic design business for over 20 years. She serves as Communications Director for Prismatek and is the "go-to" gal when you have questions about your Prismaflow Workspace Website.

Cynthia enjoys painting, traveling, and gardening. She enjoys spending time with her family and can often be seen behind a camera, in a museum, or drinking a cafe mocha.

Craig is an IT expert with over 20 years experience securing information, working with servers, networks, and maintains system hardware.

He provides network design and setup, manages email and web implementation, and provides 24/7server monitoring and scheduled maintenance. As our systems engineer for over 5 years Craig has maintained annual Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification for over 10 years with a specialization on networking, server OS and systems security.

Craig likes to spend time with his wife and 2 kids. He especially enjoys going to his kid's soccer games.
 

Ricardo, our lead software developer, specializes in web applications, including ASP, VB, PHP, .Net, JavaScript, MySQL and MS Access. 

He has experience with website development, database management, inventory management, and QA testing. Ricardo has a BS in Computer Science and is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).

Ricardo enjoys reading, playing baseball and on really good days spending the day at the beach surfing.
