What has Prismatek done lately to provide better customer service to you?

January 07 we implemented a new phone service that better directs calls
to the appropriate person and has instant email messaging.
- Our new phone service will text messages us when urgent calls come in, so we can respond faster.
- We added a new toll-free number 888-556-7886
- We have a dedicated customer service person available via phone and email during normal work hours.

added a new customer service feature so issues can be handled more
