INFO ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMER LIBRARY

Create a new document library now

Prismatek can help you get started with a NEW Library for your customer. Choose Fix-It-For-Me (fee applies) or Get Me Started (free) to create a product.

First, we'll need your customer's full name and their company name.

Then, we'll create a user account for them using their first initial and last name, like so.... (jsmith), and assign the password as instructed on this form.
To create a new document library, fill in the 3 fields below and click "CREATE NEW DOCUMENT LIBRARY". If you wish to create a new category or product at this time, you'll have an opportunity on the following screen.

Password:(min. 4 characters) library is the default
