What has Prismatek done lately to provide better customer service to you?
- In May 08 we hired a dedicated Customer Support Technician to help our existing support team with e-mail and website related questions.
- In January 07 we implemented a new phone service that better directs calls to the appropriate person and has instant email messaging.
- Our new phone service text messages us when urgent calls come in, so we can respond faster.
- We added a new toll-free number 888-556-7886
- We have a dedicated customer service person available via phone and email during normal work hours.
- We added a new customer service feature (new this October 07) so issues can be handled more efficiently with better communication and tracking numbers. To take advantage of this feature, simply e-mail helpdesk@prismatek.com with any questions, issues, or concerns.
